I was driving yesterday after lunch, and after the meal I had tested and my BG was 6.4, which made me happy. Prior to eating it was 5.6. As we were on our way home inadvertently, I took a Werthers Original from my wife and ate it. Then I realised what I had done, and decided to test my BG 90 mins later. 8.7! :) Suffice to say I will be staying away from them in future.

I don't "do" sweeties, but allegedly Werthers do a sugar free variant.....

Dislikes
hate eating food with better taste.
I am still hanging on with 6.1 for the last 3 months and the only way I gotta know is just stay away from sugars .Still worry about my BG?
