6.6.... sigh.... The worst sand-storm I've seen for years hit the region yesterday... airports all closed, so my poor Mr K was stuck in Riyadh... I couldn't sleep properly, wondering what what going on there, so I tested when I woke at 4 and it was 7.7... Where have all my fives gone? I was about to start a three-day fast, but providence intervened, and cannot do it now until mid-week next... my villa is full of sand - my own fault, I called the sand-storm down by starting spring-cleaning...

4.8 last day at work for a whole fortnight, yippee, family meal yesterday lunch went well, but the restaurant called Istanbul Grill is no more Turkish than I am, food was OK but certainly not Turkish.

Good morning and welcome... what is Victosa may I ask?

Victosa is a once a day injection that is supposed to lower blood glucose levels and help with weight loss. I have already lost 99 pounds on my own, but have a ways to go yet, so I am hoping this will keep the weight dropping off for some time yet.

Before starting on the Victosa I was just on Metformin and my sugars were always in the teens or sometimes 20;s.
