Going to a birthday celebration the morro where i fear i will go over my units intake, i know regarding about dont drink on an empty stomach (having a large breakfast before i go ) but is there anything else i can do , should i for instance snack on an energy bar , nuts or something in the evening to get my blood sugar level back up, all i want to do is have a steady couple of pints throughout the day/evening.
