Hi folks,
I am 28+6 weeks pregnant and had my glucose test last week. I was contacted by the specialist midwife on Friday for my results which came back as high (5.5) at my fasting and normal after I had the glucose drink?! I am a bit confused about it and since Friday I have been monitoring my bloods as prescribed. My bloods are never over the levels they should be but my fasting one is always 5+. Has anyone had this or have any advice? I am going to see my doctor and consultant tomorrow, should I be asking to be retested?? Any replies welcome xx
