Hello all beautiful people out there. I'm new to this forum and this my first post. I've been diabetic since 4.5 years and been on oral medication since then. I take medicine only before dinner (diamicron 60 mg and metfo 500 mg).
I'm a moderately active person. I work full time (8am-5pm) and 4-5 days a week I do some kind of exercise in the evening- either brisk walk or yoga.
Want to know your views and experience about exercise. What's the best exercise you have found to control BS? pace and duration? Do you check your BS before exercising? What do you normally eat after exercising?
