Yeah. Bob's great. Brings the complex theory down to simple language that everyone can apply.

Best foods for normal blood sugars are Black plum, whole grains, fruits & vegetables, good fats, walnuts, sardines, chia seeds, cinnamon, lentils, quinoa, etc. All of these foods gives a better impact on our blood sugars levels.

Hi I have a condition that reacts to certain foods just like diabetics do
Even though some foods are ok, others which you have posted would make me very ill.
Also which are 'good' fats?
Some fruit is far from good to control blood glucose levels.
I am permanently in ketosis, so I can't have foods that spike me.

I like the links, but the context should be clearer who it is intended for.

I agree, I'm an old hand at this.
You are coming on to this site as if you are a dietician.
You are also posting and giving advice as a T1,
That's fine!
But, there are many others who if they followed your advice would not get control of their blood glucose levels because of some of the foods such as grains, which are totally bad for prediabetes, T2, and other hormonal conditions.
I like the links, but not for me because I'm not T1!
