How are you trying to loose - low carb? How long have you been going?

Not ultra low carb, just cut back where I can. Its been reflected in the numbers . Been doing it for about 3 weeks so far, lost nothing. I dont want to lose loads. 7-14lb would do me.

We don't celebrate anniversaries...but I am being treated to The Hobbit - The Battle of the 5 armies.
