Generally speaking I think exercise has become a dirty word.
Can not find any conversation in these threads where someone says "it's my fault I eat to much sugar".
So many comments of "it's not fair".
It's all pretty demoralising I know. But it's real life folks. Survival of the fittest. If an animal sits and does nothing it will die. I used to chat to a guy in a pub. One day he told me he'd jus been diagnosed with diabetes. He refused the Metformin and the insulin. "They are not effing well telling me what to do!" About two years later they cut his legs off!
If he'd only realised it was HIS diabetes, not theirs.
