Hes only had chocolate once and hes fine by tea but on the night hes high. Maybe the fat content?
Ok..so with breakfast he had 1.5 shredded wheat. He had 0.5 units. He was 5.8. 2hrs later hes 16. So should i not let him have these anymore?? Because they are 1 of the few things that keep him going 4hours when its a school day. I will be stuck if i stop him having them. Corn flakes etc are no good he hypos by 10am at school. Wheetabix keep him going but again they knock him up more than 4. Porridge doesnt keep him going either. Its frustrating. I feel like its even worse now he cant have anything. I dont really want him on a high fat low carb diet. Hes very active i dont want him losing weight and im struggeling to believe that this would be good for him :/ its such a hard decision. Also, with him being small..i cant force him to eat something he doesnt want. So if he wants a extra slice of bread i cant say no you are on a low carb diet haha. Im going to speak to my nurse about this because they have never told me they can only go up 4 2hrs after their meal. I injected before he ate aswel.
I havent had a chance to look at much of the book yet no but i will.
I dont like Ryan having Aspartame at all. But its in alsorts so it cuts what he can eat down even further.
Yeahh i always thought i was yorkshire pudding that made Ryan sky rocket but now im thinking maybe its because the juices from the meat are put in the gravy. I put him to bed last night on 14.5. He just had some scramby egg to fill him because he was starving.
He was just really upset he had to check him blood sugar but i have managed to cheer him up by saying i will enter him into a race to raise money. Hes soo excited now. Bless him xxx
