Thanks Pasha...I have changed my diet dramatically, cutting out carbs, sugar, salt and eating more protein. Also doing exercise ( 10km on my exercise bike today) and losing weight steadily as I had piled on a few pounds. I just need to get my head round what I can and can't eat and then hopefully I can re test and get better results. I am not sure what the LCHF diet is lol....I will be reading up on all the info on this site to find out all I need to know. Right now I just thank God for it cos I have nowhere else to turn
LCHF = Low Carbohydrate High Fat.
