4.0 this morning.

Still on the Newcastle Diet but last night I had a notion for a salad so I had an Asda good and balanced spicy chicken and wholemeal pasta salad. Tested 3.3 before then 7.8 2 hours after. Quite pleased with that as I'm not taking any medication

Salad was nice by the way

5.9 this morning I guess my liver didn't dump any glucose into my blood today which is making me smile

2 hours later it went up to 6.8.

woke up hypo at 4am,reading 4.9,had some jelly babies and slice of cake
went back to bed reading 5.5
Reading at normal time 9.5

8.8 This morning but I did have a late night snack 2 crisp bread with cheese 11.45 pm. Yesterday I had my best reading ever 7.7 which although it seems quite high compared to most I feel pleased because before I started a low carb diet my reading was in the high teens.
