Looks delish, I need to read the rest of the thread see what's in it.

I was thinking about sweetening things the other day using more natural ingredients, as I just don't get on with sweeteners. I got some fruity milled flax seed from Aldi recently and whilst I've now decided that I can't tolerate milled flaxseed, it did give it a very sweet fruity taste without adding many carbs. It said it was flavoured with freeze dried fruit powder. It looks like you can buy this on-line for about £4 for 50g. I wonder if that might work well in ice cream and the like, with some whole fruit too. It's expensive, but you probably wouldn't need much.

Has anyone tried it?
