Friday 3rd July at 5.45am. 4.2mmol/L ketones 2.3. Lovely clear frosty morning -6 degrees when I set out for the hill, but I trod on a wobbly stone and injured my ankle.
Very painful, think it might be a small fracture.
At the worst possible time, too, when we have lovely guests to look after.
Sorry folks, just having a moan, be better soon! Just a bit hopping mad!
It just shows me yet again how fragile we are.

5.1 am and better than I thought, curry last night, mainly mixed grill meats and aubergines and then some ice cream.... 6.7 2 hours after.
Looking good in these parts but it always does..... and then goes down hill.

Had a nose bleed in my sleep last night....
pillow not looking too good this morning and a shower is required. I have a history of nose bleeds, some have been pretty long.... +20 mins..... I would be grateful if anyone has any thoughts on them.... as various docs have been unable to come up with anything...
