How to keep your mind off from food?

At nights, before bed, being hungry... Now I lost my appetite watching the movie "Saw VII"

How do you handle?

I do LCHF and the high fat means that I don't get hungry between meals. It feels like a miracle, I remember the constant hunger pangs induced by a high carb diet.

I do the same diet, but I work out mid to intense rate. So, that makes me want to eat through the end of week. Especially on friday and saturday I struggle. But I manage as much as I can do to keep a low carb intake. On Sundays I eat as I want, rest the body. I lost an inch every week for the last three weeks around my belly. Feels great.
