Good morning all. I had a 5.7 fasting reading this morning after a 5.7 reading at bedtime last night.

Actually, I didn't manage any sleep at all last night and finally gave up trying around 04:00 this morning. I did a test at that time, and I was 5.4, but I haven't taken it as my fasting reading as I'd only gone to bed at midnight and read my book until just after 01:00.

Well I got a shock this morning. My first test was 11.1!!! "Can't be right" I thought, so tested again at 4.5

Must have been something on my finger I guess! (hope)

Morning all

Looks like summer has left me and gone home too

Dull, overcast and only about 25c

• Sinned a little last night as I forgot my pills before going out for the evening (very nice Indian - prawn jalfrezi and one chapati ) and had a chocolate croissant with my pills when I got back.

Nevertheless was only 7.9 an hour later and back to a very pleasing 5.1 this morning.

7.6 fasting. Not liking that one bit. Reckon that's put me back to when I first started all this a year ago.

Anyhow weekend and fat fast with Nom and our man down under so I can more informed view on this next Friday. Just don't like being the wrong side of the line (7).
