I'm 25 and hVe had type 1 for 7 years my hba1c is 4.5 I have in the last two years become less and less able to withstand walking , working and just generally doing normal things my blood sugar control waxes and wains as I imagine everyone's does I am slim and not overweight my current symptoms are seizures relating to I don't know what , stiffness in back hips knees and feet , weKness which leaves me unable to move correctly and now recently episodic foot drop in both feet I have no pins and needles but do hVe a annoying almost cramping sensation in all my muscles all the time my gp has tested my nerves via Emg and says there isn't anything damaged but I was just wondering if any of you diabetics have suffered with either a motor neuropathy or a neuropathy that caused foot drop due to bad sugar control or whether it was just idiopathic in nature please respond I am desperate
