Can I ask, is it better to drink Lactose free milk over normal cow's milk?
Lactose makes up around 2–8% of milk. Is there any other food that has more? There isn't a lot of lactose in milk and if your tending to LCHF then you would benefit from the milk fat, you should even switch to single cream then.
I've stopped drinking milk in my coffee and now have single cream.
You can look at nutritional labelling for this sort of information, but the main difference will be in the fat content and therefore also the calories - double's higher - a bit scarily so! Tesco and some other online grocery sites are quite good at providing this sort of information for us - use the detailed tabular data not the brief versions. What's the major difference between single and double cream?

Taste wise there's no difference between the two IMHO, however the Lactofree milk has around half the carbs as normal milk.
Definitely if you're lactose intolerant. You don't really need to drink milk at all, though.
Well, you don't really need coffee or tea either. Have you tried heavy cream instead?I don't think I could live without milk, I can't drink coffee or 'normal' tea without it!
