I have a question about exercise here. At the gym yesterday, the workout felt proper hard work... it was the first time I was on proper ketosis and I couldn't perform on my usual level and the whole thing felt hard going. My muscles were heavy and the effort required was far greater than before. Is this likely to continue??
I've only just got over my bout of keto flu that lasted for about 5 days and was just unpleasant so I wonder if that is all connected and whether the performance will get easier. I've seen there are endurance sport hobbyists on low carb diet so it shouldn't be a massive hardship...
