Today I ate:- B. 1 slice burgen toast topped with dbl Gloucester cheese
L. 2 Turkey&ham burgers (home made) + 1 hard boiled egg
D. Roast chicken 1/4 Friatta
Snacks:- 2 strips m&s crispy bacon and I'm having 1oz Herby
Cheese & 5 almonds tonight
Tend to stick to the same few meals until I get this low-carbing down pat, then I'll experiment with new foods I only allow myself 1 slice of (low carb) Burgen Soya & Linseed bread per day

Hello everybody.
B. Raspberries with Greek style yoghurt

L. 2 slices of ham and a piece of Stilton.

D. 2 chicken thighs and finished off the roast vegetables from yesterday.

Snack. I've saved this for when I watch great British menu. I have 2 tiny slices of chia seed and nut bread with anchor butter and my treat of 1 square of chocolate. :)

B - bacon
L - avocado & babybels
These are becoming my weekday habit.
S - macadamia nuts
D - more bacon with "Almost Bread", which is my name for the "Phoopsies (Pysllium Husk & Oopsie)". I made some last night and it's pretty good. Plenty strong enough to make a halfway decent bacon sarnie

56g Ground Almond
3 tsp Psyllium Husk
3 tsp Baking Powder
35g Melted Butter
6 lg Eggs
35g Soft Full Fat Cream Cheese
¼ tsp Cream of Tartare
Pinch Salt

The reducing unsaturated fats didn't last long.

Joint of ham in, so the fish is in the fridge for tomorrow.
With some steamed breadfruit, mangetout, corn on the cob, so obviously the butter had to come out, and of course a nice spot of cheese sauce with the ham.

But that was after the sardine salad at lunch, so halfway there anyway.

B: mixed chia seeds and one tbsp oats with coconut milk, heated it and added flax seeds, desiccated coconut, and cinnamon
L: fried courgette, pepper, two eggs and added 100g Wensleydale cheese and some mustard, then handful of pumpkin seeds
D: small pot of Tesco's coleslaw (reduced today), some pumpkin seeds, then pork shop with broccoli and cauliflower (all roasted together with herbs and garlic) with a lot of butter, then dessert made with soured cream, raw cacao and flax seeds

I ate a lot today, especially fat, which I justified with 2.5 hours of vigorous exercise :)

Reporting in ...
B - streaky bacon in my "almost bread"
L - Bulletproof coffee
D - Ham and courgette spaghettii with a stilton sauce (Lesson for today, don't use an egg to try and thicken your sauce - you get scrambled egg instead. Tasty enough, but not what I was after)

The "almost bread" is great. I'm having the last of it this morning and then making another batch straight away.

One Scottish delicacy I never got round to trying (and probably never will, now) is the "Stonner", which is a saveloy sausage wrapped in donner kebab meat then battered and deep fried. Apparently it weighs well over 2lb and has about a million calories.
