6.7 when I awoke at 5.20am, went downstairs had some water, watched breakfast tv - dozed off for an hour, tested again at 7am and up to 7.8?, am I right in assuming this is a "Liver Dump" and is there anyway to avoid? I take 2 x 500 metformin in morning and before evening meal- readings during day always below 7? I have not taken morning dose yet
