Hi. Can you let us know some of the things that depress you. I only started insulin at age 68 so not quite so young! I can understand it's more difficult when you are younger. Do let us know what irks you most.
Acceptance of health treatment claims that are not adequately supported by evidence. I dislike it when people sell ineffective and even harmful alternative health products to exploit the desperation of people with chronic illness.
It's common for people with T1, especially younger people, to feel this way at times. There are some good threads on the forum with ideas that can help.
