Yes doing well. So during the past year and getting to grips with my diabetes. I've lost weight from 14st, I now fluctuate between 12.6 and 13st.
Thanks to the recipe books on this site, with regular exercise this has helped regulate my blood sugars and daily monitoring I'm normally around the 5.8 mark.
The only time I have trouble is at night. I get up most nights and my blood sugar seems to go crazy. Anything from 7 to 10. Big intake of water and by the morning it calms back down.
Any idea's on what I can try to solve this?
