  Hi Connie. So pleased to hear from you! Thanks for your reply - good to know I am not alone with the dual diagnosis of Diabetes Type 2 and Glaucoma.
  Marbella brings back happy (and warm) memories of sea and sand. Is this a permanent home for you? So not on the NHS?

  Hi, Yesterday I had a annual Medical check ups and for the 1st Time I noticed my FBS above normal to my suprise I had a FBS levels at 165 and non Fasting i.e. 2.15 hours after lunch at 114.. Now, I am confused what is that and how it is...? Is that a sign of Diabetes? Actually I had a heavy Dinner last night alongwith 3 Mugs of Beer and also Pastry and Icecream....please advice me immediately. I am very much tensed.
