I've done the macro calculator and just use that 20g carbs 80g protein 140g fat How will I know which fats are best for me? I don't have a lifetime to check everything out one by one...

    I've been trying the keto diet for some weeks now and it's not for me. I've gained a stone in weight!! The low carb is fantastic for my blood sugars but I don't think the high fat is agreeing with me. Any suggestions of what I can do low carb to lose this weight?

    I just use my daily log off my phone (apple health app). I have just no idea up to what date I have tracked till on the diabetes uk site as it's not showing the table of logged steps anymore. I'll have to log in via my laptop to see if it shows on there

    I go to the gym 2/3 times a week but from tomorrow I am attempting the low carb high fat diet.
