    Everything i have asked has been correct, she got confused with Christmas cake so i asked for fruit cake i still have to weigh carbs but she learns and stores what you ask her so over time she is going to be spot on. I think they cost £39.99 money well spent for me [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16]

    I would suggest then you have type 1, i think more research needs to be done on all the type 1 and type 2, having to inject insulin 5/6 times a day and finger prick almost every hour isnt great, but there is a line between the two, i am sorry but thats how it looks to me, i dont intend to offend...

    I have always had a healthy diet and life style, then BOOM ..... type 1 ...... i know so many people who are type 2 thats down to their lifestyles, i would never have type 2, never so im sorry if i offend anyone but thats just how i see it, i feel im been punished and sadly its with me now for life.

    Both type 1 and type 2 are very serious conditions, sadly there is nothing that can be done to cure my type 1, but type 2s can do a lot more, i think he was saying that type 2 should be given different name as it does confuse people

    Type 2 is much more gradual, when i was diagnosed with type 1 i had a blood test about 4 weeks before diagnosis (for a check up) and all my bloods came back normal, 4 weeks later after feeling very unwell my bloods came back 32!!!

    I did the same a couple of years ago, codeine made me feel drunk, my doctor gave me tramadol and that helped, unfortunately you just have to rest ... not nice at all xx
