    Oh my goodness!! It all makes sense now. I too have developed really itchy skin over the past few weeks & thought it might be something to do with my diabetes, now I know it is. Phew, and to tell the truth my levels have been on the high side recently! :(

    Have always had low BG levels 1st-2nd day of period. So I just make sure I know when it is likely to happen & make sure that I am checking my BG regularly & adjust my insulin to suit. Has been like this for the last 21 years so obviously every now & then it does catch me out!!! :)
