    Feeling Hot!

    Feeling hot, but not in a good way. Does anyone decide to add carb to a meal when normally you eat a low carb diet and get a feeling of complete burning heat inside after the meal? If I go over the top with carb I have my own personal heatwave. The heat lasts from minutes to hours.
