    Oh dear, hope your feeling a little better now RRB?? I'm doing okay, seem to have sorted my basal and bolus rates out but still seem to get the odd high that comes straight back down within 2-4 hours so not really sure what's going on there! Hope your on a slightly steadier roller coaster...

    0.4 means there's still at least a trace but they should be as close to 0.0 if not 0.0. And for 6.8 is certainly expect 0.0 or maybe 0.1. 0.4 is a little high for your sugars being so good :/! X
