Fbg 4.4 today. Adrian is in Ireland today after flying from Heathrow to Dublin yesterday on a shopping trip to buy a small herd of cows for the farm at Ards they the cows and the farm is to be totally organic.

I don’t think we celebrate those who tried to blow up parliament but the fact they failed. I do not celibrate November the 5th as I do not wish to celebrate the cruel death of any one let alone those who have their place in my family tree.

I think I shall wait til the 20th of November and celebrate St. Edmund’s day the true patron saint of England maybe with a trip to Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk.

Fbg 4.3 at the moment. I downloaded an app the other day called Visible it’s sort of like a fitness tracker but for people who have health issues supposed to help you pace your self not sure how helpful it is but will give it a try for a while.

Adrian returned from Ireland yesterday But it seems he has to go back over for a few days next week as he has to buy a few cows.

Fbg at 5AM 6.3 Judith’s brother was until he retired Principal Ed Phsyc for Flintshire and Wrexham. When I was stationed at RAF Sealand we used to drive down to flint often from Queensferry.

Fog 5.4 this morning better than the low readings of the last few days. Quite a bright morning here but temperature about 5 degrees C so not very warm.

Yes bg seems to drop during the night bit concerning but is now above 4 .9 so not too worried and feel ok ish.

3.8 today looks like it’s going to be a warm but cloudy day hear so may be able to get out and about later on.
