Is it really necessary to eat 3 square meals a day, and potentially snack in between? I had virus after virus then got a cyst, probably already had diabetes, diagnosed I think about 2-3 months after it got bad, was doing everything wrong trying to perk myself up, tonics glucose this and that, gave myself DKA but I got a diagnosis finally! Lol
