    Just got home from my diabetic review nurse was very pleased with my results cholesterol up only slightly just asked to watch my fats in my foods explained about rising BG after eating any small amount of carbs and told me to see doctor when he gets back off holiday in three weeks. K

    Good morning everyone BG @ 7.15am was 6.8mmol First time since regular BG testing I’ve been in 6s in first test of the day in morning. Breakfast still 100g of Greek yogurt and berries yesterdays BG was a lot higher 9mmol Horrible Raining weather here in North West this morning.K

    BG 7.6 it dropped to 7 two hours after Breakfast yogurt and berries Then BG before evening meal 5.9 meal was pot-roast with carrots and turnips and leeks Two hours after evening meal it shot upto 10.6 no carbs all day only in vegetables.     @Annb i’ve recently had a fasting bloods test done I go for my diabetic review next week on 17 November but apart from Lipids my print out of that blood test was all ok no action except for lipids when they commented that I make appointment with nurse so I did. K

    BG this morning @7am was 7mmol BG after lunch was 15.5 after a soft bread roll with bacon on. K BG before evening meal was 4.2 BG 2 hours after evening meal was 8.3 beef and vegetables casserole spoon of mash potatoes cup tea.
