I am as surprised as anyone by these results, my DN said they were very good, all I have been doing is exercising regularly, eating sensibly and losing some weight. I have also cut right back on alcohol which was my one weakness, I feel so much better, sorry I cant be more specific folks.

Latest results Hb1ac 4.6 cholesterol 4,4 so pleased.
