    Eye Check Ups

    I see my optometrist twice a year or at least once. Since I was diagnosed with T2 I saw him once, the appointment was last June 2011. I asked him if my eyes had anything caused by T2 yet, he said he didn't see anything for the moment.

    Hi vadxb, I do test 45 mins / 60 mins / 70 mins after meal and aim at some number less than 7.0. I try to not have any reading higher than 7.0 at any point in time.

    Thank you Otenba and everyone else. I am not able to write much now as I am too depressed, confused, and worried, and this would normally shoot my blood pressure up. "What damage has already been done" and how to eat properly from now on to avoid any more permanent damage are my biggest concerns.
