Then she went to diabetic educator who was explaining about carbohydrates counting. That give me idea of adding foods database...

Anonymous Question Where can i find a list of carbs and sugar related foods?

In Australia every food product has to have nutrition label, with carbo content. Google is good place for common foods, e.g, apple, pork, corn etc.. Just type "name" and "nutrition". You can slowly create database of foods you eat. Edited to remove links

Freestyle libre - alternative spots - pictures

It's not true. As I said before, my wife had over 15 of them. I checked accuracy several time against standard strip test, and they are very close. Useful tools and links for T1Ds

Well, I will add mine. I'm husband of T1 "girl" (59 and T1 for 20 years). When I married her 5 years ago and brought her to Australia (I new she is T1, but I liked her, and sadly enough, we both became widower and widow couple years earlier), I got her to all diabetes helpers around. That's when...

Freestyle Libre Poll - Have you had a skin reaction ?

My wife is actually T1. She got Libre in July last year. That's over 15 sensors. Never had any reaction. One sensor stopped working after only 9 days, claiming that its time is finished, and one has dropped out in the shower. But they were promptly replaced by Abbots customer service. Libre...
