Type 2 First meal of the day spike

I am 51, female and t2 for the past 5 years. I take jardiance and metformin. My last HBA1C was 61. My readings in the morning are awful. I go to bed at 5-6 and wake up at 8+. What's worse is that they keep rising until I eat breakfast!? I'm not hungry in the morning and I run around stressed and busy getting us all out to school/work so I don't have time to eat. Would coffee and cream help...
