    That's so different to me. Jumbo oats porridge everyday. A half cup. 2 cups of water. Boiled. Add seeds blueberries but if apple. Great energy. Then a good walk.

    Beans, lentils and chickpeas in LCHF

    I often eat a half cup of soaked boiled chickpeas with garlic onion tomato and green veg. Then a good 40 minute walk. I go by feeling as I don't test my blood. My doctor does a complete blood and urine test every month. I'm T2.

    Walk a lot. Eat small meals. Nuts and berries. Lots of water. Carrots. Apples. My weight dropped quickly. Walking is a big point. After every meal. I eat wholewheat bread one slice. Porridge in the morning. No dairy food.

    I cook bag and freeze. Bean s or bean stews. Frozen broccoli. Chick peas. I cook then with a bit of flax oil and lots of green veg. Frozen tastes even better

    Jumbo oats are complex carbs so they are good nutrition and slow burners. I use half a cup with a few walnuts and blueberries flaxseeds half a chopped apple, chia seeds.     I drink turmeric tea which is popular here in Japan. It's delicious. Turmeric is used like ginger here so I often grate some into tofu scramble.

    Neuropathy

    Yes. In my toes which can be painful or twitchy. Sometimes I get numbness on my soles or finger tips. Walking and exercise has greatly reduced it. I'm T2 10 years. Bs is 8.
