    may be a stupid question but I know a lot of people use bullet proof coffee to start the day, I can't have cream & don't use milk so am happy with black coffee but due to bouts of insomnia don't have it afternoond) evenings. is decaf still good for us or should it be caffeine based? thanks

    I think it must do, my levels had been great for months but recently under a lot of stress (personal & work) & my levels have been higher at times than I would have thought & don't seem to bear relation to what I've eaten at all

    What do you do to relax?

    sounds stupid but weight training/ exercise helps me relax.. trying mindfulness but mind wanders too much !! lol.. recently started kayaking & that really helps relax me, esp on rivers / sea around Dorset.

    hi., I'm well aware everyone's different but I use AMsport protein & BCAA with no/little effect on BG (I'm T2 metformin) BCAA even states on tub "suitable for diabetics" good tasting & reasonable prices too.. maxi muscle & PhD did affect my BG ..
