    Do any of u do intermittent fasting?

    Fast all day most days, then eat in the evening between 6:30 and 8:00. At weekends usually one meal a day during 1pm-5pm.

    Well done and Keep going. I find that if I don't drink enough water, I get water retention weight, which can be disappointing. Try to drink more water if you can, it really makes a difference.
