Trulicity is used instead of ozempic if you have diabetic retinopathy..semaglutide which is what ozempic contains has a worsening effect on the capillaries behind the eye's which i found out later myself.Hope this info helps other people here.

lager is just like liquid bread..personally i could not drink any as my glucose levels would shoot up like a rocket. They recommend spirits like gin,vodka etc with either soda water or a diet soda. Red wine im sure is a good alternative in small amounts

As EllieM said it could be reactive hypoglycemia which will need to be checked..but you mention "noodles" give you a big spike..Eating highly processed carb heavy foods will always elicit a big insulin response which in turn shoots your sugars through the roof...I have controlled my diabetes...

What dose of ozempic are you on? I am on 1.0mg dose once weekly and in the 10 weeks i have been taking it i have lost 12kg in conjuction with a keto regime.The full dose is hard on my gut and i either have diarohea or onstipation or both one after the other..worth it in the end i suppose!
