    Thank you. Last night we went for dinner and had Mexican (tacos etc.). I dosed about 15-20 mins before and by bedtime was within target range (4-7) :) Sounds like that might be something to keep trying in the future!

    PS if anyone has any tips about when they take insulin before eating particular meals or foods, or foods that cause spikes, then I would love to hear - I know it's different for everyone but always useful to know how others deal with it! Thanks :)
