    A bit of both actually, if I felt good in morning I just decided to do 24 (only done twice so far) but my hurdle was lunchtime, I assume because I've got into a bit of routine of 16:8 I look forward to my breakfast at 1:15pm but get past that with a green tea and water, some broth in afternoon...
