7 Day Average

I was going through my blood sugar readings on my contour device and noticed it had an average for 7 days. So based on my readings so far my 7 day average is 10.1/mmol/L. I know its high but for me personally, I am happy and hope to bring it down over the next few weeks with a healthy eating plan. Currently all my readings, since I got outta hospital and started to take my insulin and test my BS are averaging at 11.1mmol/L which is good for me because previously I was averaging 22.6mmol/L (based on my HbA1C) I'll update this each week if it improves
