Another success.

OK, so I'm not 'cured' but what a difference. Saw the GP today to get my latest HbA1c results, she was really pleased. 90 at diagnosis, 52 today. I've lost 10kg in those three months.

It was her (not my designated GP who recommended the eat well plate) who pointed me to LCHF. She knows it works and I just added to her evidence. But she's says she just can't get others to listen. She took a note that it's this site not the other that follows LCHF, too.

Just got to do a bit more on my BP as its still a touch high, but as the weight continues to come off, I reckon that will help too.

Chuffed is not the word.

And you have cheered me up no end
I'm in a similar position with a named Doc who has done next to nothing for me .. and another who supports LCHF. I can now see him for my tests and reviews etc .. 3 monthly due in early June. I just hope that I can achieve the same sort of success as you ..
