Anti Aging Skin Care - Nuts and Seeds

My new healthy eating regime includes me consuming a fair amount of nuts and seeds. This appears to have an added positive side effect; I'm looking younger by the day. :wink:

Does eating too much sugar free cause skin sagging and cause aging faster ?

Don't know if sweeteners cause skin to age prematurely but sugar does. Also high bgs apparantly cause collagen to break down leading to premature ageing. I wonder of there is any end to the negative side effects of diabetes!:smile:

I think its better to use organic anti aging skin care products. They are natural and suitable to all skin type and do not cause any side effects.

This made me

Avocado - is great on the skin [many creams contain ingredients from these]
Also they are edible and tasty to eat too . [avocado/prawn salad]
