Ok I gave up 600 calories/day,but I follow LCHF last three weeeks .After 2 week my fasting reading from 4.7,5,5.2 for 7 days straight and I off my meds when i start LCHF .Medication I had 500 mg metformin, 2,5 mg glipizide/day So what you guys think . Am i going reserve soon...........

Perhaps a better word would be controlled. Sorry but three weeks is just too short a period to judge.
