Anyone have Vitality Care?

A few months ago me and my other work members was given 'Vitality Care' we was also told it was rare for someone at my age to be given this sort of care?

Anyone else on here also have it??

I have vitality health insurance through my company

I find it is a great product

Not approached them regarding diabetes yet as not sure if that is covered or not and or what they would do for me at this stage of recent diagnosis
