Does anyone have any keto soup recipes? Preferably for work lunches.

I just make stock/broth from chicken bones and some herbs/bouquet garni, with maybe a bit of chicken meat, and whatever low carb veggies I fancy, and then finally whizz it all up with a "stick" blender; You can add other meats or ham, cheese, double or sour cream, (or even plain yoghurt), a dab of butter or coconut oil, spices, etc to taste. I'll have some for lunch with a low carb muffin or some parmesan "crisps".
