The wonders of marketing eh?
Indeed, and of course the fruit and veg is right at the entrance of the store, whereas the snack section is in the far back corner!

Hi another question from me sorry..... i am a nurse who works 12 hour shifts and always has breakfast before work, usually instant porridge...now i am diabetic i am wondering what cereal i can eat and take to work ?

You already have the answer - porridge. I eat mine cold with cinnamon and a bit of yoghurt - but I don't have it for breakfast - I have it as a snack in the evening and eat it with chopstix - it lasts longer! You may want to stick with the porridge or look at the fantastic range of options built around eggs, bacon, salmon and avocados. My breakfast is always an omelette with some tomatoes and a big pile of spinach. (assuming you are T2...now I am diabetic?)
