Have recently been put on the once weekly injection of Bydureon. This morning is my 5th injection. Not seen any changes in blood sugars yet, but thats OK as they say in the instructions that you wont see difference till 6 or more weeks.
My problem is weight gain ... Since starting Bydureon, I have been putting on 2lb a week, which is a real blow, as before starting this drug I was losing weight, over 2st in the last 18 months.
I understood that this medication would help weight lose, so is it a case as the weight lose part also happens after 6 weeks.. Has anyone else experienced this with Bydureon..
