( range greater than 49) LDL 103 ( range less than 130) Total / HDL ratio 2.3 ( range less than 4.5) Also had TSH and result 2.3 ( range .35-5) THE POWER OF AVOCADO!!! It's really the only thing I have changed in my diet. I've been vlc for many many years. Eaten lamb, beef , fish, eggs forever. It's my main fat everyday. I also switched form regular mayo to an expeller pressed conola based mayo. I was a little worried about that. I've always been a mayo junkie but this seemed a better option than soy based. So, I'm happy!!!
